soooo I’m about to rant…
I’m getting so sick of girls saying things like “I gained a pound - not eating for the rest of the day” or “gonna stop eating so I lose some weight.” That is only going to make you GAIN WEIGHT. If you want to be skinny and toned, LIFT WEIGHTS, EAT RIGHT, AND EAT ENOUGH.
If you make yourself eat three meals a day and maybe one or two snacks and eat HEALTHY instead of eating fast food, that alone will increase your metabolism and help you drop pounds!
This has been said many times, but girls that lift weights do not turn into body builders, I am a perfect example of this. I started lifting in october and I was already thin and I have stayed thin. The only thing that has changed is my upper legs have become more muscular along with my arms.
It just makes me so sad to see girls that want to be thin so bad that they start to hurt themselves. Starving yourself is going to do so much more harm than good. Just don’t do it!
