I’ve decided I’m going to make myself sit down after yoga saturday morning and plan out my meals for the month. If I’m really going to do a meat-less (well, almost) diet I need to do more research to make sure I’m doing this shit right. Breakfast -
Smoothie: 3 Cabbage leaves, 1/2 cup of grape nuts, 1 container of mixed berry Yoplait yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks. (I wouldn’t recommend putting grape nuts in a smoothie, not a good time)
2 cups of coffee with hazlenut CoffeMate creamer

Gonna try and go on a run 3x this week. It seems like I’ve been too busy to do any form of exercise this semester and I’m over it. Since cardio is the number one thing I wanna improve on I’m making time for that over everything at the moment.

Normal people: I can't wait to have my own place so I can stay out late, get drunk and be as loud and messy as I want.
